Terms of Payment:

1. Participants make a minimum down payment (DP) of 30% to the travel agent, a maximum of 30 days before the trip.
2. If booking is less than 30 days from departure, the down payment is at least 50% of the total price.
3. If booking is less than 15 days from departure, full payment is required.
4. Payment must be made a maximum of 14 days before the date of departure.
5. Down payment for registration/deposit can be refunded.
6. 30 - 15 days: Charge 50% of the tour cost.
7. 14 – 07 days: Charge 80% of the tour cost.
8. 06 – days before the date of departure: Charge 100% of the tour cost.
